Support Relief Foundation, Corp., is a non-profit organization whose mission is to:
UNITE LOW INCOME & DISABLED ARTISTS BY EMPOWERING THEIR CONFIDENCE & SELF ESTEEM THROUGH THEIR KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS IN THEIR ARTISTIC FIELD AND PROVIDE A PLATFORM TO EXHIBIT THEIR WORK AND SUPPLY THEM WITH MATERIALS NEEDED.
Art, is one of the most important forms of expression. There are many individuals that have that “God given” talent to execute beautiful paintings. However, there are many individuals that have “discovered” the world of ART to help them overcome certain medical and mental issues. Hence they practice their Art as therapy to help them overcome their psychological and biological ailments. It has been proven that Art is a natural “healer,” a way to express from the heart to the canvas.
Our organization’s purpose is to inspire these artists and to help them obtain a place in the local community wherein they can continue their healing process and inspire others to do the same. By having an organization that will provide them with the necessary tools to succeed, they can continue to develop their craft and have a new outlook on life with increased self-esteem.
SRFoundation.Org, will guide them, help them organize and participate in Art Shows locally, by providing a platform where to exhibit their art. Together, we bring these Artists to our community, one individual at a time, achieving their dreams and goals.
